Grassy nose with hints of prunus blossom and lemongrass. The palate begins with an explosion of flavour , lemongrass zing at the front with the blossom and flower flavours following and ending with a chalky finish.
Aromas, rich with spring flowers, blueberry, cherry and a little peppery spice, tend to ooze out of the glass of this wine. The palate is rich and flavourful showing red berries with a little bueberry and some spice on the finish. The tannins have excellent grip and the flavours are held tight with firm acid. This wine matches well with lightly spiced food and can be served chilled.
A citrus nose with a hint of cashew nut. The palate is tight with great drive showing citrus flavours, a bit of oatmeal and then finally the cashew nut. It finishes with a lovely line of acid.

Dark garnet colour. Aromas of bright red cherry and a hint of musk, very enticing! The palate has beautiful balance as it slides down revealing firstly maraschino cherry and then a little damsel plum. The finish is tight with great structure and oozing maraschino cherry showing palate weight, length and structure.
The light garnet colour gives no indication of the power and structure behind this wine. The aromas are of morello cherry with a hint of marzipan. The palate is BIG, starting with bright RED cherry and moving on to morello cherry with tight acid. The great tannic grip at the end suggests that this is a wine to age in the cellar for 5 to 10 years

This is our third commercial release of Pf. A blend of Chardonnay (55%) Pinot Noir (35%) and Pinot Meunier (10%) with an oak component that adds a little extra tannin and subtle complexity, with fruit, yeast and richness that bubbles along with a very fine bead. Celebrate in style with this fine sparkling wine.
