The aromas are soft with grassiness, guava and a hint of tropical flavours. The palate is a soft version of cool climate sauvignon blanc showing a lovely balance of tropical flavours and goosberry.
This wine contains 18% semillon. The grapes were whole bunched pressed and the juice settled over night. The clear juice was inoculated with yeast and when the ferment was finished the wine was cold stabilised in preparation for bottling. This wine was bottled in October 2009.

Creamy, nutty and mealy complexities crowd the nose. The palate is complex, powerful and intense with rich but balanced flavours of nuts, fig, peach and pear, as well as subtle toasty notes. Fruit dominated with real refinement and complexity.
This wine has an elegant nose of raspberry, redcurrant and violets. The palate is restrained with sweet fruit and bright acidity. Fine grained chocolatey French oak plays a supporting role amid fine silky tannins and seamless persistence.
Food Match: pair with poultry, beef, fish, ham, lamb and pork. Pinot Noir will play well with creamy sauces, spicy seasonings and may just be one of the world's most versatile food wines.
A flavour packed wine with a bit of grapefruit and lemon behind a grassy backbone. The wine is bone dry with a firm acid finish.

It has length, balance and clean fruit with sufficient fine tannins to allow it to age well for three to five years.
This is our second commercial release of Pf. A blend of Chardonnay (55%) Pinot Noir (35%) and Pinot Meunier (10%) with an oak component that adds a little extra tannin and subtle complexity, with fruit, yeast and richness that bubbles along with a very fine bead. Celebrate in style with this fine sparkling wine.
The wine is very bright in the glass with a slight green tint on the edge. The nose is nutty with a hint of peach. The palate has a creamy texture, good acid balance with citrus and a hint of melon. It has a nice zing on the finish.
Food match : Freshly shucked oysters or wild mushroom risotto.
The grapes were whole bunch pressed using a gentle air bag press with carbon dioxide cover to retain the varietal fruit character. The juice was fermented in 80% new French Oak with some solids before being moved to 30% new oak for a further 9 months.
