A flavour packed wine with a bit of grapefruit and lemon behind a grassy backbone. The wine is bone dry with a firm acid finish.
Food Match: Bouillabaise, Waldorf salad.
The grapes for this wine were whole bunch pressed, settled overnight and the clear juice placed in one 4 year old french oak barrel. The fermentation was carried out by indigenous yeast. The wine was cold stabilised and bottled in October 2008.
