This wine has an elegant nose of raspberry, redcurrant and violets. The palate is restrained with sweet fruit and bright acidity. Fine grained chocolatey French oak plays a supporting role amid fine silky tannins and seamless persistence.

 

 

Food Match:  pair with poultry, beef, fish, ham, lamb and pork. Pinot Noir will play well with creamy sauces, spicy seasonings and may just be one of the world's most versatile food wines.

A blend of Chardonnay (55%) Pinot Noir (35%) and Pinot Meunier (10%) with an oak component that adds a little extra tannin and subtle complexity, with fruit, yeast and richness that bubbles along with a very fine bead.
